Banana and Strawberry Torte
- 3 large ripe bananas
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- 250 g almond flour
- 2 tbls honey
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 6 strawberries cut into thirds
Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
Line a spring form tin with baking paper and set aside
Place bananas into the bowl with vanilla paste and 4 eggs, mix 5 sec SP5
Add remaining ingredients except for strawberries and mix 1 min SP6 MC on
Pour into the spring form cake tray and gently place the strawberries on the top seeds down.
Bake for 40 minutes, keep an eye on it at 30 minutes and check with a skewer to see if inside is cooked.
Allow to cool in the tin before separating.
Serve with some vanilla coconut yoghurt, fresh strawberries and flaked almonds.
